Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, here is how it works.

Exchanges (change of mind, sizing, or fit)
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Instead, you can exchange your item for a different size, colour, or piece of equal value, or take store credit. You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with tags attached and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage for exchanges is arranged and paid by the customer. Gift cards cannot be exchanged.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This is your right under the Consumer Protection Act. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible.

How exchanges are processed
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will arrange your exchange or store credit. Please allow a few business days to process.
